Serum YB-1 (YB1/HSA ratio) and CA12-5 were both significantly higher in endometriosis patients than in controls, with YB-1 showing higher discriminative ability (AUC 0.867) than CA12-5 (AUC 0.727); combining both markers increased sensitivity to 95.9% but lowered specificity to 45.5%.
