Clinical study of serious pelvic endometriosis treated with old-line laparoscope operation

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical value of serious pelvic endometriosis treated with old-line laparoscope operation. Methods: Fifty cases of patient with serious pelvic endometriosis were random divided into two groups, research group and control group, each group including 25 cases. The research group was treated with laparoscope operation and the control group was treated with traditional abdominal operation. Results: There were no differences in operation time and postoperative symptom relaxation rate, relapse rate, pregnancy rate between two groups (all P0.05). But there were significant differences in bleeding during operation, postoperative malady rate,postoperative recovery between two groups (all P0.05). Conclusions: Laparoscope operation treating pelvic endometriosis possess of many advantages, such as surgical visual field being clear,easily discovering and resecting the heterotopia focus on rectum, vagina and uretero, furthermore, operation wound being small, hospitalization time being short, postoperative recovery being quick. For serious pelvic endometriosis, the efficacy of laparoscope operation is equal to or is above that of traditional abdominal operation.
