Conservative approach to rectosigmoid endometriosis: a cohort study
This cohort study found that in a tertiary referral center, over 80% of rectosigmoid endometriosis patients initially managed conservatively avoided surgery, with younger patients more likely to undergo primary or secondary surgery.
