Relation between Immune Function of Endometriosis and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome
OA: closed
Abstract
To study the relation between immune function of endometriosis(EMS)and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome. Peripheral blood leukocyte profile of endometriosis were observed by using indirect immunofluorescence assay, ELISA was further applied to determine the conceration of TNF-#alpha# in the parallel samples of peripheral blood and peritoneal fluid. After distinguishing the syndromes of the EMS patients according to traditional Chinese medicine theory, it is discovered that in the sthenia syndrome group, the ratio of CD_(4)~(+)/CD_(3)~(+) is higher than that of control group, these variations in the kindeny deficiency blood stasis group, the variation of the ratio of CD_(4) ~(+) /CD_(3) ~(+) is, more significant than that of the sthenia syndrome group, Besides, the percentage of B cells and IL-2R~(+) cell and concentration of TNF-#alpha# are highr than that of the control group. Multifactors logistic regression to the ratio of CD_(4) ~(+) /CD_(3) ~(+) shows that the ratio of CD_(4) ~(+) /CD_(3) ~(+) is closely relation with the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.
