Морфофункциональное состояние эндометрия и экспрессия рецепторов половых стероидных гормонов у пациенток с бесплодием

Ineffectiveness of controlled induction of ovulation, Ancillary Reproductive Technologies in infertile patients is mostly conditioned by abnormality of estrogens and endometrium progesterone receptors expression. The research of the influence of an agent containing indole-3-carbinol and prescription of Kipferon on morphofunctional condition of endometrium in typical endometrium hyperplasia and/or in combination with chronic endometritis in infertile patients was done. The proposed method is effective in the stage of the preparation of endometrium to implantation at the expense of raising its sensitivity to hormonal agents due to antiinflammatory and receptor support effect.
