Zusammenfassung Es handelt sich immer dann um eine Endometriose, wenn Uterusschleimhaut, d. h. Epithel und Stroma mit menstrueller und dezidualer Reaktionsfähigkeit außerhalb der Mukosaschicht der Uterushöhle vorliegt. Synonyma sind Endometriom, mesonephrisches Myom und Fibroadenomatosis uteri.
