В статье проанализировано влияние микро- и низкодозированных комбинированных гормональных контрацептивов, содержащих этинилэстрадиол и дезогестрел, на показатели системы гемостаза у женщин, страдающих дисменореей. Установлено, что применение указанных препаратов у пациенток с дисменореей не вызывало клинически значимых изменений системы гемостаза. При этом микродозированные комбинированныегормональные контрацептивы обладают меньшим тромбофилическим влиянием, чем низкодозированные. The article analyzes the effect of micro- and low-dose combined hormonal contraceptives containing ethinylestradiol and desogestrel on the parameters of the hemostasis system in women with dysmenorrhea. It was found that the use of these drugs in patients with dysmenorrhea did not cause clinically significant changes in the hemostasis system. At the same time, microdose combined hormonal contraceptives have a lesser thrombophilic effect than low-dose ones.
