Public Voiceprint Rendering (PVR): Auditable Generation of Editable SVG Art from Aggregate Public Discourse

Abstract

We introduce Public Voiceprint Rendering (PVR), a reproducible pipeline that converts aggregate public discourse into editable vector art. PVR first extracts a bounded, low-dimensional voiceprint v ∈ [0,1]^d from a corpus using interpretable estimators (lexical markers and, optionally, embedding aggregates). A deterministic renderer then maps v to a hash-stable SVG artifact under monotone and bounded parameter constraints, enabling auditable attribution from discourse properties to visual structure. We emphasize ethics-by-design: the pipeline can operate on synthetic corpora or license-clear public sources, retains only aggregate features, and avoids biometric or speaker-identification use (here, "voiceprint" denotes a corpus-level signature, not a biometric voiceprint). In a counterfactual population-mixture study, re-rendering is deterministic (hash match 10/10 across reruns), and a normativity-to-repetition mapping is strictly monotone (Spearman ρ=1.0, p < 1e-6). We report a human-free evaluation suite covering determinism, sensitivity, separation, robustness, and ablations, and provide implementation details to support end-to-end regeneration of figures and tables.
