Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the endometriosis treated by operation combined with mifepristone. Methods: 39 patients with endometriosis treated by operation combined with mifepristone were treated as observation group, and 39 patients with endometriosis treated by operation only as control group, then the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results: 3 months after the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 84.6% (33/39), which was higher than the 51.3% (20/39) of the control group, and showed significant differences (P0.05). During the 6 months' follow-up, 3 cases in the 19 infertility patients of the observation group were conception successfully, and 2 cases in the 18 infertility patients of the control group were conception successfully. Conclusion: The clinical effect of the endometriosis treated by operation combined with mifepristone is superior to the operation, adverse drug reactions can be well tolerated, and recover well, it is worth popularizing.
