Abstract

An urgent environmental problem is pollution of the environment with heavy metals, which have a negative impact on the components of ecosystems. Therefore, the search for new approaches to reduce their toxicity/availability in soil is a task of applied research. This work studied the effect of inoculation with bacteria Bacillus subtilis 534 of contaminated soils with copper acetates on their toxicity to higher plants, earthworms, and bacteria of the genus Azotobacter .
