Морфологические изменения в миометрии при использовании сетчатых эндопротезов в эксперименте на матке

In this work we studied morphological changes in the rabbits uterine in model of the scar. Mesh implants «Uniflex», «Esfillight» and «Prolen» were appeared a possible strengthening of the suture in the uterus. The imposition of blanket seam on the wall of the uterus is characterized in the early stages of experimentby edema in the tissues, hydropic degenerationand inflammatory changes. In the long-term perspective observed excessive growthhyalinized connective tissue in the myometrium. While strengthening the seam «Uniflex» discovered severe hydropic degeneration in all periods of study as well as the odisorganisation of smooth muscle bundles. During implantation of «Esfil light» the formation of cysts with inflammatory exudate wasconsistently noted. «Prolen» appeared to be less toxic and traumatic, but its use may be limited because of excessivegrowth of hyalinizedconnective tissue in the myometrium. The latter is a high risk for the insolvency of the lower uterine segment during pregnancy and childbirth.
