Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of P450arom in ectopic, situ and normal endometrial tissues of the adenomyosis (AM), and to investigate the pathogenesis of adenomyosis. Methods The SP method was used to detect the P450arom in 129 cases of surgical resection and cases of surgical resection. The SPSS17.0 software package was used to analyze the results. Results The expression of P450arom in ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium positive rate were 46.94%, 67.35%, 19.35%, and the average rank were 66.40, 76.67, 44.34, there was significant difference between three groups, χ2=17.012, P=0.000. Conclusion In the patients with uterine gland disease, the in situ endometrium may make the gland to the muscle layer infiltration, ectopic endometrial local high estrogen status may promote the growth of ectopic endometrium in the uterine muscle layer. Key words: Adenomyosis; P450arom; Immunohistochemical staining
