Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the pregnancy history and infertility causes on clinical outcome of fertilization and embryo transfer in vitro.Methods:The data of 317 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There was significant difference in age and assisted reproductive technology between primary infertility group and secondary infertility group (P0.05).According to the infertility causes,cases were divided into four groups.There was significant difference in pregnancy rate between oviduct effect factor group and husband effect factor group (P0.05),and there was significant difference in cleavage rate between husband effect factor group and endometriosis effect factor group (P0.05).Conclusion:The pregnancy rate between primary infertility group and secondary infertility group has no difference.The pregnancy rate is high in husband effect factor group.
