Observation on the clinical efficacy of 80 cases with endometriosis treated by laparoscopy combined with drug

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with drug in treatment of endometriosis.Methods:Cases were treated by laparoscopy combined with drug.Results:The lost of follow up rate was 5.00%(4/80),including 1 case in gestrinone group,2 cases in GnRH-α group and 1 case in control group.In gestrinone group(26 cases followed up),15 cases,10 cases,1 case and 1 case were determined as effective,basic effective,ineffective and recurrence;while in GnRH-α group,the amounts were 21 cases,3 cases,1 case and 1 case,respectively;the effective rates in gestrinone group and GnRH-α group were significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05);while the effective rate in GnRH-α group was significantly higher than that in gestrinone group(P0.05).Conclusion:Combined application of laparoscopic surgery and GnRH-α can treat endometriosis,reduce the recurrence rate and increase the rate of conception,which is a effective method and should be popularized in county hospitals.
