Abstract
Objective To explore whether endometriosis is one of the risk factors for endometrial cancer through analysis of pathology of endometrial cancer combined with endometriosis. Methods Chosed 34 cases of these patients who suffered from endometrial cancer combined with endometriosis and have been treated at our hospital from March 2011 to September 2012,set them as group one,and chose 78 cases of these endometrial cancer patients, and set them as group two,and these 44 cases of endometriosis patients as group three.Analyzed and compared these three groups according to their clinical pathological features and age distributions. Results Group one's and group three's pathological stagings were lower than group two's,and these two groups' patients tend to be young, these three groups' age distribution and surgery pathological staging have statistical differences after detections(P 0.05).Conclusion For these patients who suffer from endometriosis, they tend to be young, and their endometrial cancer's pathological staging is earlier, cell differentiation is higher and muscle layer infiltration is more shallow, and they recover quicker.
