Comparative observation of effects of endometriosis treated with laparoscopic operation

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effects of endometriosis treated with laparoscopic operation and laparotomy.Methods:99 patients with endometriosis were divided into A group and B group at randorn. The patients of A group were treated with laparoscopic operation and those of B group were treated with laparotomy routine. The results were analyzed.Results:There were significant difference in surgical fever, recovery time of stomach and intestinal function, time of going out of bed,hospitalization, supply rate of analgesic drugs between the two groups except that operation time is longer in A group than B group in Ⅲ grade.
