Abstract

Abstract Our data support the hypothesis that inhibition of inceptor to sensitize INSR/IGF1R action may be a promising pharmacological target in the context of diet-induced impairments of glucose homeostasis, with the potential to avoid 𝛽-cell failure and to slow diabetes progression.
