Abstract
This article presents a study on the implementation of a rule-based recommendation system for identifying potential areas where the release of toxic elements can be decreased. The study focuses on utilizing a comprehensive set of rules and guidelines to provide recommendations for minimizing toxic element release. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the recommendation system in identifying opportunities for reducing toxic element emissions. By leveraging rule-based techniques, the system offers valuable insights into areas where mitigation efforts can be implemented. This study highlights the potential of recommendation systems in promoting sustainable practices and raising awareness regarding the reduction of toxic element release. Implementing such a system can contribute to informed decision-making and facilitate the adoption of practices aimed at minimizing the release of toxic elements, thereby fostering a more environmentally friendly approach.
