The provided “paper body” does not contain biomedical content; it is a website anti-bot proof-of-work message (Anubis) stating that the page is protected against AI scraping, and it explains how this mechanism works. Because no study methods, results, or discussion about physical activity or endometriosis are included in the text available, key findings and stated limitations cannot be extracted from the supplied material. The paper content necessary for a research summary is therefore unavailable in this prompt. This paper does not explicitly discuss endometriosis or adenomyosis in the text provided; it was included in the corpus via a keyword match in the upstream search index.

Abstract

Introduction: The endometriosis is a chronic gynecology pathology affecting 1 in 10 women. It results from the presence of tissues similar to the uterine mucosa outside the uterine cavity which causes pain and other symptoms influencing the quality of life. Aim : What effect does physical activity have on the pain and quality of life of women with endometriosis ? Method : Bibliographic search in different databases using a precise search equation. We selected 4 clinical trials (3 randomized clinical trials and 1 non randomized clinical trial). Results: The 4 studies showed a significant improvement in pain following a physical activity program. For the quality of life, 3 of the selected studies showed a significant effect of the intervention on it. Discussion: As we have few studies, the presence of bias and some of low methodological quality, we cannot really affirm the effectiveness of physical activity in the management of pain and quality of life in women suffering from endometriosis compared to conventional medical treatment. Conclusion: Physical activity can be a new component of physiotherapist treatment for pain management and quality of life. However, we need more high-quality methodological studies to better understand the effect of the intervention on women with endometriosis.

Making sure you're not a bot! Loading... You are seeing this because the administrator of this website has set up Anubis to protect the server against the scourge of AI companies aggressively scraping websites. This can and does cause downtime for the websites, which makes their resources inaccessible for everyone. Anubis is a compromise. Anubis uses a Proof-of-Work scheme in the vein of Hashcash, a proposed proof-of-work scheme for reducing email spam. The idea is that at individual scales the additional load is ignorable, but at mass scraper levels it adds up and makes scraping much more expensive. Ultimately, this is a placeholder solution so that more time can be spent on fingerprinting and identifying headless browsers (EG: via how they do font rendering) so that the challenge proof of work page doesn't need to be presented to users that are much more likely to be legitimate. Please note that Anubis requires the use of modern JavaScript features that plugins like JShelter will disable. Please disable JShelter or other such plugins for this domain.
