Abstract

A patient presented with sudden onset of abdominal pain. She was found to have a torted fallopian tube. Tubal torsion is an uncommon cause of acute abdominal pain. The condition was diagnosed and managed laparoscopically. We believe this to be one of the first cases described where such a torsion has been due to an endometrioma within the tube.
