The article describes the retrospective analysis of the medicamental therapy effectiveness with the agonist of the gonadotropin releasing hormone among the women patients with various forms of the endometriosis which are different in clinical course and cytomorphological picture. Medical displays are defined and it was offered the method of post-operation therapy for the patients with the clinicopathologic active forms of the endometriosis (the domination of the stromal component in the endometrioid heterotopia). It is established that at patients with prevalence cytogene stroma in endometrioid the centers brighter clinical picture (clinically active form of an endometriosis), a tendency to more distribution of process and relapse of the basic clinical displays prevails was registered in terms 3-6 months
