Abstract
Placental growth factor(PLGF)is a member of vascular endothelial growth factor family.It can play its biological effects in promoting neovascularization and taking part in the pathophysical course of tumor,inflammation and so on by binding with its receptor VEGFR-1(Flt-1).Studies indicate that placental growth factor and its receptor play key roles in the complication of pregnancy,endometriosis and gynecological tumor.
