Analysis of Chronic Pelvic Pain Diagnosed or Treated by Laparoscopic Gynecologic Surgery.A Report of 21 Cases

Objective To investigate the effect of Gynecological laparoscopies for chronic pelvic pain without clear causes in women.Methods 21 cases were treated by gynecological laparoscopies after anesthesia.Results Two cases showed normal pelvis,while 9 cases showed adhesive pelvis;7 cases did endometritic and 3 cases presented congestive syndromes.Conclusion Pelvic diseases are the main causes of these chronic pelvic pain in women and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery is an effective treatment for the pelvic pain.
