症例は42歳の女性で，半年前からの月経に伴う右鼠径部の有痛性腫瘤を主訴に受診した．右鼠径部に15 mm大の圧痛を伴う腫瘤を認め還納は不能であった．CTおよびMRIで右鼠径部に腹腔内から連続する軟部腫瘤を認め，鼠径ヘルニアに合併した鼠径部子宮内膜症と術前診断した．挙児希望があり，診断および切除を目的に手術を施行した．審査腹腔鏡で腹腔内に明らかな異所性子宮内膜症がないことと右外鼠径ヘルニアを確認した．前方アプローチを併用し，腫瘤の摘出とヘルニア修復術を行った．病理検査で子宮内膜症…
