臍部子宮内膜症は稀な疾患であり,その組織由来に関しても確定的なものはない.症例は49歳,女性.月経時に出血を伴う臍部の結節を主訴に当科を受診した.臍窩に径13mm大の褐色調,表面平滑,弾性硬の隆起性腫瘤を認めた.手術は臍部切除術,臍部再建術および腹腔鏡下骨盤内観察を行った.骨盤内にも子宮内膜症を認め,組織学的には,真皮から皮下脂肪組織にかけて子宮内膜組織がみられ,硝子様結合織の増生を伴っていた.女性の臍部腫瘤をみた場合は,臍部子宮内膜症を考慮する必要がある.
