当科で経験した大腸子宮内膜症の4例を報告した.診断は月経と関連した特徴的な症状や, 外科的手術や婦人科的疾患の病歴聴取と画像診断とで比較的容易になされる.罹患部位は3例が直腸S状結腸移行部, 1例はS状結腸であった.注腸二重造影ではいずれにも蛇の抜殻様の壁の不整と狭窄や, 前下方からの粘膜下腫瘍様の圧排像があった.大腸内視鏡検査では屈曲が強く挿入時疼痛を訴えることが多く粘膜面の変化は軽微であるが, 発赤・粗大穎粒状の像を示す例も見られ, 片側性狭窄を示した.1例にのみ施行した…
