症例1は36歳，女性で月経時に右気胸を発症し受診した．月経随伴性気胸の診断で月経開始日に胸腔鏡手術を施行した．横隔膜に欠損孔を認め横隔膜縫縮術を施行した．術後ホルモン療法により無月経を維持していたが，6ヵ月後，気胸再発を認めた．持続的なエアーリークを認めたため再手術を施行した．初回手術時にはみられなかった右肺中葉のbullaを認め，bulla切除を行った．症例2は40歳，女性で月経時に右気胸を発症し受診した．持続的なエアーリークを認め胸腔鏡手術を施行した．横隔膜欠損孔と右肺中…
