腸管子宮内膜症は比較的稀な疾患であるが,今回イレウスで発見された回腸子宮内膜症の1例を経験したので報告する.症例は40歳,女性.腹痛を主訴に近医を受診,イレウスを繰り返し,症状が改善しないため当科紹介となった.減圧後イレウス管造影にて回腸末端近くに狭窄を認め,腹腔鏡にて観察したところ回腸末端に2カ所の狭窄病変を認め,回腸部分切除を施行した.病理組織学的に回腸子宮内膜症と診断された.開腹歴のない成熟期の女性では本疾患も鑑別疾患として考慮する必要があると思われた.
