Jiun‐Hung Geng

A 38-year-old woman presented with a 6-month history of intermittent hematuria, dysuria, and pelvic pain. Imaging revealed a mass at the bladder dome. Partial cystectomy was performed, and a diagnosis of bladder endometriosis was made.
