腸管子宮内膜症は子宮内膜類似組織が異所性に増殖する疾患で，腸閉塞の原因となる．20～40代の女性に多く発症し，診断や治療方針の選択に難渋することが多い．本症例は27歳の女性で，月経発来とともに，繰り返す腸閉塞症状を認めていた．保存的加療では改善を認めず，前医で腹腔鏡下癒着剥離術が施行されたが，症状が再燃したため当院紹介となった．これまでの経過から，保存的加療による改善の見込みは乏しいと判断し，手術による切除の方針となった．回腸末端に病変は限局しており，腹腔鏡下回盲部切除術を施…
