症例は49歳，女性．嘔吐と腹部膨満が出現し，当院を受診．既往に子宮筋腫にて子宮全摘出術を施行されている．CT検査にて直腸S状部に腫瘤性病変を認め，腸閉塞を呈していた．注腸検査，大腸内視鏡検査では直腸（Rs）に粘膜下からの腫瘍によると考えられる狭窄を認めた．保存的治療にて腸閉塞の改善を認めないため，手術を施行した．骨盤内には強固な癒着を認めた．リンパ節郭清を伴う直腸低位前方切除術を施行した．切除標本の病理組織学的診断では直腸の粘膜下から筋層にかけて子宮内膜組織を認め，#251リ…
