症例は40歳，女性．他院にて回腸末端から盲腸にかけての壁肥厚を伴う腸閉塞を指摘されたが，同院でのDouble balloon内視鏡検査では異常所見を指摘されなかった．退院後，症状が再燃したため，当院紹介となった．イレウス管での減圧処置後，小腸造影を施行し，回腸末端から盲腸にかけて狭窄を認めたため，手術目的に外科紹介となった．回腸末端から盲腸にかけて炎症性に壁肥厚を認めたため腹腔鏡下にリンパ節郭清を伴う回盲部切除術を施行した．病理組織学的診断では回腸から盲腸にかけて，粘膜下層か…
