症例は30歳代の女性で，20歳代より子宮内膜症で内服治療を受けていた．2005年頃より月経時に下血・腹痛を認め，近医にて直腸子宮内膜症（AVから約20cmの部位）が疑われ当科紹介となった．挙児希望にて保存的治療を継続し，2010年に症状が持続するために再度手術目的にて当科紹介となった．腹腔鏡下低位前方切除術を施行し，術中術後合併症も認めず術後11日目に退院した．病理組織検査では，直腸粘膜固有筋層内から粘膜固有層にかけて，子宮内膜様の腺構造と固有間質が島状に散見されendome…
