患者は36歳の女性。帝王切開後の腹壁瘢痕内の有痛性結節を主訴として来院した。病理組織学的には, 膠原線維間に一層の円柱上皮からなる多数の腺腔様構造と, その周囲をとりまく細胞成分に富む間質が認められ, 子宮内膜症の所見に一致するものであった。本症の報告はまれであるが, 子宮内操作を既往にもつ症例では念頭に置く必要があると思われた。
