腸管子宮内膜症は比較的稀な疾患であるが癌との鑑別診断が困難である.症例1は46歳でS状結腸,直腸に発生した子宮内膜症であり,症例2は38歳で虫垂に発生した子宮内膜症であった.本症の診断の要点は1.詳細な病歴,現症.2.注腸と大腸内視鏡は,月経開始前後と月経周期の中間に施行する.3.組織学的確認をすることである.また本症において血便をきたすメカニズムは1,子宮内膜組織の腸管内露出.2.糞便の狭窄部通過による器械的刺激の2つが考えられる.
