症例1は32歳，女性．間欠的腹痛と嘔吐を主訴に受診した．CT・大腸内視鏡検査で，回腸末端の狭窄による腸閉塞を認め，血液検査ではCA125が高値であり，腸管子宮内膜症を疑った．イレウス管を挿入減圧後に単孔式腹腔鏡下回腸部分切除術を施行した．術後経過良好で第8病日に退院した．症例2は37歳，女性．子宮内膜症にてホルモン療法を行っていたが挙児希望のため中断したところ，月経周期に伴い左下腹部痛を繰り返すようになった．腹痛と嘔吐を主訴に受診し，腸閉塞の診断で内科へ入院となった．血液検査…
