The article considers clinical course features of urinary tracts diseases of pregnant women with body weight deficiency for which silence, frequent exacerbations and recurrence are typical.

The results of ultrasound research of the perimenopausal women's genitals revealed that the sizes of the ovaries of women with the climacteric syndrome are smaller than the sizes of ovaries of the women with the physiologic menopause.
