Ten genome-wide significant loci have been associated with endometriosis, but most are located in intergenic regions of the genome. To understand how transcriptomic profiles are perturbed by genetic variants, we conducted a transcriptome-wide study of endometrium, fat and endometrial disease tissue from 190 endometriosis cases and 90 controls.\n- Publication status:\n- Published\n- Peer review status:\n- Peer reviewed\nActions\nAccess Document\n- Files:\n-\n-\n(Preview, Accepted manuscript, pdf, 100.7KB, Terms of use)\n-\n- Publisher copy:\n- 10.1177/1933719117699773\nAuthors\n- Publisher:\n- SAGE Publications\n- Host title:\n- 64th Annual Meeting of the Society for Reproductive Investigation (SRI 2017)\n- Journal:\n- 64th Annual Meeting of the Society for Reproductive Investigation (SRI 2017) More from this journal\n- Publication date:\n- 2017-03-01\n- Acceptance date:\n- 2017-01-06\n- DOI:\n- Pubs id:\n-\npubs:718598\n- UUID:\n-\nuuid:b05bc0b8-cc3f-4e37-b170-93a7646cc6df\n- Local pid:\n-\npubs:718598\n- Source identifiers:\n-\n718598\n- Deposit date:\n-\n2018-06-19\n- ARK identifier:\nTerms of use\n- Copyright holder:\n- Society for Reproductive Investigation\n- Copyright date:\n- 2017\n- Notes:\n- Copyright © 2018 by Society for Reproductive Investigation.
