Um total aproximado de 1% a 2% dos casos atinge o sistema urinário, sendo a bexiga o\nórgão mais frequentemente afetado, com 84% dos casos. As manifestações clínicas incluem síndrome da dor\npélvica cíclica, síndrome uretral aguda, sintomas de cistite e hematúria. O diagnóstico precoce é importante,\ndiminuindo a morbidade da doença, o que reduz despesas com a saúde e melhora a qualidade de vida destas\npacientes. O objetivo do presente estudo foi realizar uma revisão da literatura sobre endometriose no trato\ngeniturinário. Os temas mais abordados sobre a endometriose vesical foram seu diagnóstico e tratamento,\nencontrados em 48 trabalhos pesquisados. Os autores destes trabalhos encontraram a biópsia como único\nmeio de diagnóstico de certeza.
