It proposes to test whether selected transgelin/TAGLN-derived candidate neo-fragments are detectable, reproducible, and relatively enriched in menstrual blood from patients with adenomyosis using targeted LC-MS/MS. The project does not claim a validated diagnostic biomarker and does not propose to measure total TAGLN.
