The whole formula has the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. In recent years, Guizhi Fuling Pill has been widely used in clinical practice in China. It can not only treat gynecological diseases such as uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and adenomyosis, but also play a positive therapeutic role in diseases such as prostate hyperplasia, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and hyperlipidemia. Pharmacological studies have confirmed that Guizhi Fuling Pill has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-tumor, blood rheology improving, endocrine and lipid metabolism regulating effects. This article aims to systematically review and elucidate the pharmacological mechanisms and clinical effects of Guizhi Fuling Pills, providing reference for further research and clinical applications.\nReferences\nWu Ruihua, Tao Yuan, Liu E, etc Correlation analysis between serum CRP, Fib levels and the prognosis of Guizhi Fuling Pill in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory masses [J] Clinical Medical Research and Practice, 2023, 8 (25): 21-24.\nJiang Li, Jiang Mengjie, Han Ke The effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill on serum inflammatory factor levels and expression of caspase-3 and caspase-8 in uterine tissue of rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease [J] Traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations, 2021, 43 (10): 2846-2850.\nXie Zhihui, Bao Hongtao, Zhao Fenqin, etc Experimental study on the effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill on MMP-9 expression in uterine and ovarian tissues of pelvic inflammatory disease model rats [J] China Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology, 2018, 25 (5): 638-640.\nWang Minjie, Xu Chuanhua Prediction of the mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Pill in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease based on network pharmacology [J] Medical Information, 2023, 36 (18): 21-26.\nChen Yun, Li Zhiqiang, Mao Li, etc The effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill on symptoms, ultrasound and hemorheology in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type [J] Guangming Traditional Chinese Medicine, 2019, 34 (9): 1316-1319.\nXing Lei, Qu Miaomiao, Zhang Xiaoyun The antitumor effect and mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Pill on transplanted ovarian cancer in rats [J] Western Medicine, 2020, 32 (4): 515-519.\nJiang Shihong, Li Lan, Wu Yaosong, etc Guizhi Fuling Pill inhibits the proliferation of human breast cancer cell MCF-7 [J] Chinese Journal of Experimental Pharmacology, 2018, 24 (15): 132-136.\nYang Guang, Luo Liping The effect and mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Pill on the biological behavior of cervical cancer cells [J] Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine, 2021, 39 (4): 54-57.\nWu Xiaoqing, Lu Wenping Exploring the mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Pill in treating ovarian cancer based on network pharmacology and molecular docking [J] Journal of Hainan Medical College, 2021, 27 (19): 1493-1502.\nLiu Can pattern, Tang Biao The effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill on NF - κ B/COX-2/PGF2 α pathway in uterine tissue of rats with primary dysmenorrhea [J] Journal of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 2022, 42 (6): 873-877.\nChen Jiao, Gui Zaizhi, Yan Huaijiang, etc Study on the Effect and Mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Pill in Relieving Pain in Endometriosis Rats [J] Shi Zhen Traditional Chinese Medicine, 2020, 31 (10): 2305-2308.\nZheng Shunjie, Hu Min, Hu Meixu, etc The effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with Mifepristone on hemorheology, immune function, serum CA125 and vascular endothelial growth factor-C expression in elderly patients with uterine fibroids [J] Chinese Journal of Gerontology, 2020, 40 (15): 3194-3197.\nWang Huabin The therapeutic effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill as an adjuvant therapy for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effects on hemorheology, oxidative stress, serum hs CRP, TGF - β 1, GM-CSF, and complement C3 levels [J] Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 2020, 38 (2): 214-217.\nYe Zhihui, Yin Jiayao, Yang Ying, etc The effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with Mifepristone on hemorheology, hemoglobin, and human epididymal protein 4 in patients with uterine fibroids [J] Advances in Modern Biomedicine, 2020, 20 (9): 1753-1756.\nLi Feng, Fan Xiangyu, Zheng Fang, etc Research progress on the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor and traditional Chinese medicine's ability to remove blood stasis and unblock collaterals [J] Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 2017, 35 (9): 2238-2240.\nLi Yin, Zhu Hongqiu, Liu Min, etc The effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill on regulating polycystic ovary syndrome model rats through PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway [J] Shi Zhen Traditional Chinese Medicine, 2020, 31 (11): 2610-2613.\nYou Pingping, Dai Lian, Ke Yuanyuan, etc Effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with western medicine on patients with type 2 diabetes [J] Practical Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Clinical Practice, 2021, 21 (14): 20-21+26.\nZhao Qiusheng, Tan Xiufen, Wang Nansu The effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill on insulin resistance and adiponectin in polycystic ovary syndrome rats [J] New Traditional Chinese Medicine, 2012, 44 (1): 116-117.\nDownloads\nPublished\nHow to Cite\nIssue\nSection\nLicense\nCopyright (c) 2024 Luyao Yao, Xinchun Xiao\nThis work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.\nDeprecated: json_decode(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($json) of type string is deprecated in /www/bryanhousepub/ojs/plugins/generic/citations/CitationsPlugin.inc.php on line 49","source_license":"CC0","license_restricted":false}
