{"paper_id":"f2e0ee0a-b6d5-4913-a375-558c3fdcfb35","body_text":"Zusammenfassung\nHintergrund\nEin Zusammenhang zwischen Endometriose und Infertilität ist noch nicht zufriedenstellend geklärt, auch wenn in letzter Zeit davon ausgegangen wird, dass sowohl die Eizellqualität als auch die Eizellreserve bei Frauen mit Endometriose verändert ist. Dementsprechend fehlen bisher definierte Behandlungsalgorithmen. Es stehen z. B. individuelle hormonelle Stimulationsprotokolle mit und ohne nachfolgende assistierte Reproduktion zur Verfügung, außerdem stellt sich die Frage, ob eine operative Intervention in Hinblick auf den Kinderwunsch sinnvoll ist, also die Schwangerschaftsrate verbessert.\nZiel\nZiel dieses Übersichtsartikels ist es, die verschiedenen Therapieoptionen im Kontext mit der aktuellen Literatur bezüglich der Schwangerschaftschancen zu diskutieren.\nAbstract\nBackground\nThe reasons for infertility in patients with endometriosis are still not satisfactorily clarified even if in recent years it has been assumed that oocyte quality as well as the ovarian reserve are altered.
