Chronic pelvic pain is among the most debilitating symptoms and a leading cause of gynecological consultations.\nAlthough hormonal therapy remains the first-line treatment, many women experience recurrent pain or side effects, requiring surgical intervention. The comparative effectiveness of surgical versus medical therapy in long-term pain control and quality-of-life improvement remains a topic of debate. This study addresses that gap through a prospective comparative analysis.\nFiles\n106-110.pdf\nFiles\n(785.5 kB)\n| Name | Size | Download all |\n|---|---|---|\n|\nmd5:0272682f18377d05335e2fa82f159889\n|\n785.5 kB | Preview Download |","source_license":"CC0","license_restricted":false}
