The revision corrects variant-identity matching and duplicate handling, recalculates multiple-testing and power analyses, updates complete-window colocalization, and reanalyzes GSE7305 using paired samples. The corrected screen includes 9,157 unique gene–cell-type tests and prioritizes 10 genes across 28 MR/colocalization pairs.\nThese findings support exploratory genetic prioritization and do not establish therapeutic efficacy.
