{"paper_id":"e655298b-7e08-49aa-a5a4-342ca7587397","body_text":"Hernia uterine inguinale with endometriosis in adult Mayer Rokintasky Kuster Hauser syndrome\nCase Reports\nAbstract\nA young 25 year old woman presented with primary infertility and was found to have a big left inguinal mass with a blind vagina. Based on the findings of magnetic resonance imaging, a history of probable primary amenorrhea and absence of cervix on clinical examination she was diagnosed as MRKH with inguinal herniation of uterus and adnexae. Operative findings showed bilateral grossly distorted inguinal masses with evidence of endometriosis.
