Utilizing the Metric Impedance invariant (Z m = 19.41) and Lattice Elastic Limit (ϵ L = 0.049) established in Phase 7, this report identifies these constants as the governing parameters for critical 2026 observations: the 0.09 ly jet base localization in M87*, the nitrogen-enriched maturation of MoM-z14, and the anomalous exit-flare of 3I/ATLAS. We demonstrate that these anomalies are not residuals of ΛCDM but structural yield signatures of a non-dissipative metric sub-lattice. Phase 8 provides explicit predictions for jetlaunch scaling, early-universe assembly rates, and central-node behavior that can be tested with existing instruments.
