Diagnosing and treating pelvic pain may be challenging since pelvic anatomical region is shared by genital organs, intestine, urinary tract, blood vessels, and nerves. All these organs can originate pelvic pain, and anatomical discrimination is essential to determine management strategy. In addition, disorders, such as, endometriosis may be difficult to treat.
