{"paper_id":"d99f83e8-cd24-47e6-9b1f-bc87adfe847a","body_text":"Résumé\nDurant longtemps, l’hystérosalpingographie (HSG) est demeurée la seule imagerie de l’appareil génital féminin avant que les techniques concurrentes, échographie, hystéroscopie, tomodensitométrie et imagerie par résonance magnétique ne viennent contester une situation monopolistique. Aujourd’hui l’HSG est de fait tombée dans une situation de relative désuétude et pourrait même sembler condamnée à disparaître. L’exploration de la cavité utérine revient maintenant à l’hystéroscopie et celle de la paroi myométriale aux ultrasons et à l’IRM. L’endométriose comme la pathologie ovarienne relévent désormais d’autres méthodes que l’opacification génitale. Toutefois, l’HSG garde sa pleine valeur dans l’exploration de la trompe chez les femmes infertiles. Aux différents niveaux de celle-ci, cornual, médiotubaire et ampullo-infundibulaire, la salpingographie conserve une place privilégiée que les autres explorations ultrasonores ou radiologiques ne sauraient raisonnablement lui contester.\nPreview\nUnable to display preview.
