Urgent diagnostic laparoscopy revealed multiple pelvic adhesions and a focal extragenital pelvic tumour. Aft er laparoscopy, ultra-sound and magnetic resonance imaging and laboratory procedures (with normal value of oncomarkers) were performed, followed by explorative laparotomy and total tumorectomy.
