Endometriosis of\nthe appendix is a very rare condition. To highlight this rare entity,\nwe are reporting a case of a young lady who was admitted with recurrent\nattacks of lower abdominal pain associated with primary infertility.\nPreoperative diagnosis was acute appendicitis. Histopathological\nexamination of the appendix revealed endometriosis.
